MassMagna DR is the Dominican Republic subsidiary of MassMagna, a Canadian real estate investment firm headquartered in Montreal.
Founded by Mickaël Chaput and Michael Dermer, MassMagna specializes in developing well-designed and strategically located projects, combining quality construction, functionality, and a long-term value vision.
The company boasts an expanding portfolio in Canada and internationally, with over CAD 100 million in real estate assets under management, applying structured processes, demanding standards, and constant attention to detail.
As part of his career, Mickaël Chaput was a shareholder in Six, an agency specializing in the sale and marketing of condominiums, with an approximate volume of 500 units sold per year during his tenure.
MassMagna DR brings that experience and discipline to the Dominican market, developing projects with an organized, responsible, and results-oriented approach.

To ensure that Terra Serena is executed according to the same standards of order, quality, and control, the project is being developed in partnership with Nexo Habitat, the company responsible for comprehensive construction and execution in the Dominican Republic.
